"Saffron" The House

"Saffron" is a five bedroom house with three bathrooms, two of which are ensuite. All the bedrooms are large double bedrooms and therefore the house can comfortably accomodate 10. The spacious living areas include a large living room, sun room and large kitchen breakfast room which opens onto an outdoor seating area complete with BBQ.

Accommodation: first floor; double bedroom with ensuite, double bedroom, twin bedroom, study / sittingroom which can be used as 5th bedroom using a double sofa-bed, family shower room. Ground floor; galleried entrance hall and open plan staircase, double bedroom with ensuite including separate shower, living room, kitchen breakfast room, wc, kitchen including large dining area, sitting / sun room, and a utility room.

Disabled access: the house has been designed for easy access for those with limited mobility, with a ramp to the back door, and a downstairs ensuite bedroom which has both a bath, and large separate power shower.

There is a well maintained garden of around a quarter of an acre.

Facilities: well equipped, modern kitchen including; fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, airer, and drinks fridge. There are also TVs (x2), high chair, garden furniture, and gas BBQ. No smoking is permitted at Saffron. Broadband access is available on request.
